These are bogus calls made by bogus individuals or computers. Block this/these number(s), record the date/time and any other information that transpires. Document it for a permanent record and then file a complaint with authorities for the Do Not Call List.
Then get on your elected representatives and let them know you are unhappy and they better start doing something to curb this invasion of privacy and abuse by scammers.
If they show no interest, vote them out and find someone who will.
