Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. called at 3:13 p.m. today from (866) 330-2703. They did not leave a message but thankfully have answered other people’s questions who thankfully posted the information online to identify who was calling from 8663302703.

Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. is a debt collector who has tried calling me and sending me letters since 2014 or so for student loans that were charged off and now off my credit report. They normally call around income tax time and are now calling likely for the Covid-19 funds that have been disbursed to people. Never answered the phone for them ever so they have now taken to calling from a new number lately. They also call less as the phone number they have is often turned off so they are declined the opportunity to annoy me. If the business phone is on, I’ll silence the ringer and allow it to naturally go to voicemail. If they had my personal number, then I would likely change it if I were some of the other people getting these calls. They would not be allowed to harass me for any reason.

THEY CALLED MY MOM AND ME WHEN I TOLD THEM WHY ARE THEY CALLING, THEY SAID TO GIVE THEM MY SSN AND MY DOB I SAID I DONT GIVE MY INFORMATION THEY GOT MAD AND HANG UP. DONT GIVE THEM NO INFORMATION.

calls and refuses to leave message. some kind of collection agency tying to scam money because they can't verify anything.

Debt collector trying to collect on "zombie debt". They are attempting to collect on private student loan (not federal) that is no longer valid or written off in hopes of getting you to make a payment on something they purchased for a penny on the dollar.
