I called this number back and they claimed to be with someone affiliate with Anthem Health Care medical insurance, they talked very fast and when I asked them to talk more slowly the lady on the phone copped an attitude and began talking in a child's voice

I asked them to please remove me from their list and explained that the number they called was a Cell Phone.

They seemed to refuse to hang up, I stayed connected and repeatedly asked them to hang up their phone, and they told me THEY COULD NOT HANG UP OR DISCONNECT on any incoming calls.

I suddenly realized that maybe I am going to get hit with some kind of high priced international or roaming minutes on next months cell phone bill, so I finally ended the call. I'm going to keep this call history on my cell phone as it shows we were connected for 3 minutes.

Still don't know who this was really from, nor will I likely ever, but I will watch my cell phone bill for any exorbitant charges.
