Spam call which is for a scam to take your money, selling appliance warranty, they already screwed me once. the company is actually General Insurance, (the one where Shaq is telling how great they are) when you try to make a claim, they put you through so many validation requirements until the "warranty" has expired & then you're denied, Whirlpool pushes this on new appliance buyers & it is worthless, I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool appliance!
