It wanted me to reinstall wireless internet service I cancelled back in June. I have since called and cancelled 7 more times (each time I was told the issue was resolved), had my bank (Wells Fargo) block them from making unauthorized charges to my account (which they were doing) and filed several Better Business Bureau complaints which I was told resolved the issue.
