Just paid my bills this morning and the number phoned me 5 minutes ago... The lady I spoke with on the 611 line told me that i had zero dollars owing on my account.... Wont be giving these people my banking info anytime soon!

1-866-349-4596, is not a scam, I missed the call and called back,you may call it back from your cellular device and it's due to an overdue amount (in my case), I still recevied the call even though I had made the payment via online banking a week ago (they say online payment may take upto 5 days to post). Anyways call back from your device, the centre will automatically locate your account and tell you why they called and you wont even speak to a person. But sure, to stay on the safe side dont use the system to enter a credit card number if you do have a overdue account, just pay your bill and forget about it.

This number calls me constantly.atleast three times a day.it gets really anoyong and reading the review everyine has i believe this number is sum type of scam or somebody trying something.dont answer this call also cause they claim to be rogers..rogers would leave a text msg stating tht your bill is over due,no one is suppose to call to give as reminder every mintute!

Claim to be Rogers and want me to pay my bill by credit card. Total scam. I've hung up on them and they still call daily.

I received 3 calls from this number claiming to be the collections department, so instead I called Rogers with 611 and asked them about it, and they confirmed i had nothing wrong or to collect from my account, everything was up to date and paid and also that they did not recognize the 1-866-349-4596 number and said it did not belong to rogers especially not the collection department.

I kept getting calls to my cellphone and my home for an overdue payment (we were on vacation, and I guess we simply forgot). I paid the bill this morning, and I received two calls from them for my overdue payment AND this month's payment which is not even due yet. She asked me for my credit card number, and I told her I had paid today, to which she said, "How much did you pay?"

I had already looked this number up, so I knew it was a scam, but I played along and said, "Can't you check your records? Doesn't it say I paid?" She said, "Yes, I have the record right here. How much did you pay?" She would not say how much I paid, so I told the bitch she was a liar and hung up. Block this lazy, uneducated moron's number.

I had them call saying they were Rogers. I reported their fraudulant use of the name to Rogers itself.

omg she called me again AFTER I told them off the last time!!! (i'm the one who told them to get a real job and stop scamming) there has to be something the police can do about this.

i just got a call from the same b****, she told me that my rogers balance is way over due and what not. is there anyway to report this to the cops?

she just called me for the 100th time. I told her off, told her to get a real job. It's a huge scam, she told me the WRONG balance for my Rogers account. Do NOT give your information to these losers!
