Called my dad and got all his banking and credit card info. They transferred 4000.00 from his discover card to his bank account, then had him mail them a check for 4000.00. I caught this before they got any money and stopped it. Company was KWP of Orlando FL. Caller name was Kasee. They just keep calling trying to get money to transfer his credit card balances to a 0% card. Which anyone can do.

Did anyone cancel and get their money back???

they have called me for 6 months on an adverage 3 times a week. i finally went through the whole process they want me too go to bank this monday and draw out 600,00 dollars from my credit card and they will get me card with no interest, I am going to bank monday and report them and also calling chelmsford police...

I am so glad you posted. Unfortunately we fell for the first part and they wanted $3000, which we sent. Then it dawned on us we could have done the transfers to a lower rate card by ourselves. We feel so ridiculous now. They wanted the money before they did any service. OK, then they called and had another offer of completely erasing all debt and wanted $4000 for that part. That was when we knew something was terribly wrong. Again they wanted the money before services. ALSO, their phone calls come in from Corpus Chris TX, but their address is 12472 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL 32828; When I asked what the KWP stood for, she said - "oh, nothing, they are actually the kid's names of the owner. Obviously we did not send in the $4000 for the second part of this SCAM.
She told me she had lived in Southie - South Boston for several months and several times taken the boat from Boston to 'Providencetown', I asked her again, and again she said 'Providencetown'. WRONG. If she had lived here and taken the boat then she would have known the correct word is Provincetown. This set off alarm bells. Also, before this 'Lea Brownell' had stated she had never lived in Massachusetts.
we are sending complaint forms to the Mass Attorney General.
Stay away from these people.

They told consumer they can zero his credit card balance within six months. They required a $2000 start-up fee, and now they want $7000! No one can guarantee that this "offer" is possible, as the creditors might not even speak to a third party "negotiator" nor can they guarantee that the creditors will accept the "offer." Company is allegedly from FL and called KWP. Not sure what the letters stand for or what their address is.
