They sent a letter 1st, claiming I owed them money, a debt I paid over a year ago.

I have been getting calls from 1866-352-0458, sometimes 3 times a day. I do not answer the phone. In the past, they left a message saying that it was an attempt to collect a debt. How do we stop this? Unfortunately, there are people who do not know that their intentions are fraudulent. Thanks
