Local caller ID: 360-878-4410. Lady claimed they do "Pre-collections" notices for two major places- a bank (unreported who) and payday loan places. They have "Many Locations, not just one." Lady claimed to be in New York yet had no accent. She may have given more info then others due to my identifying myself as a law enforcement officer.

Subpoenas can be served but I've never known a police officer to assist with a civil subponea or financial collections issue. Very bogus. I am not behind on any payments and never have done a payday loan. Steer clear from these guys,.

They do sound semi-legit though, I'll give them that.

Actual message:

"Vince Moore Reddy with Legal Support Services. I'm calling in regards to a legal notice scheduled to be serviced out to an individual at this address on file. The individual to be serve will need to have one valid form of state issued identification on their person and your signature will be required. Please have all large animals and fire arm secured for the safety of everybody involved. We maybe accompanied with the presence of uniform office just to ensure everyone safety. If you do have any questions or concerns please have yourself or your attorney contact the claimants office at 844-684-8315. Thank you."

called me too,said everything everyone else said they did on voice mail. I called them and told them i did not have a debt with the company they said i did, this and not to call me again, they called me a thief, told me my kids were retarded, said the only job I had was giving b*$wjobs....real professional huh? yup they are the real deal lol

Got a call from this number and a completely different one, saying they were gonna serve papers, so I called the number they left on my voicemail and they were looking for a Dustin smith. No idea who that is. Scam, scam, scam.

Just received this same call from 972-587-7616; message from Vince Moretti with Legal Support Services. If you get a call like this, don't even bother trying to engage. Just hang up and block. There is no point in giving it a second thought.

Yes received a call, stating that I was going to be served papers by a police office at my home, needed to show my drivers license, he only had my cell # , I for the life of me did not have any idea what I had done, did not get any sleep last night because of worrying even though I knew I had done nothing wrong. Then today I saw that this vince guy is a scammer he should be arrested

That vince moretti calls stating legal documents to drop off i get these calls 4 times a day diff number same 45 minute will be served and nothing im Not hard to find if they are legit

Got a call from 866-683-0257. Voice mail was off. I called and went through the menu of choices but all led to their voice mail. When I checked the number I get pages of posts calling this a scam from :Legal Support Services. I entered that name in Google and it comes up as a legit business in NY. All I can find is that it is process servers. I am a former police officer and know for a fact when you serve a warrant you don't give notice!! However, since I find laws in the north east, particularly NJ and NY to be as ridiculous as they can get, I am curious. So, please post a follow up on your experience here and DO NOT give anyone personal information of any type to a person over the phone or to anyone not known to you to be 100% reputable. I would go to jail for not cooperating before I would trust any- ahemm - "officer" in this area.

They've been calling for months saying the same thing and nobody ever shows up. I have no idea what they are even calling about.. I have no legal matters.

Said he was coming with Law enforcement to my home within the next 48 hours. Put large animals & guns away. If not able to reach me at home they will come to my place of employment.

I got the same voicemail, exactly the same just today. really ruins my day. I cant remember any violations I did. I dialed the same number and its from Washington dc!! i hanged up. I never been in Washington, Im too far. I googled his name vince moretti and found this site. now I know he is just a scammer.

I received this called and told them to stop calling me in no uncertain terms. Even called his woman wih a foreign accent a curse word starting with b. She said she would call me everyday. I said the call was being recorded and hung up!
