Credit One calls repeatedly for collection of someone I don't know despite requests to stop. Can't understand a damn word from India call center.

Started Three days ago called in the morning but I missed call, Wondering who it was then got a call in the afternoon, answered it and said "Hello" few times but no answer so I hung up, they called twice yesterday again I've answered but no answer. it Sunday, and they called me 12:13pm, I've seared the internet and end up here finding out others with same annoyance. I called them back, someone with Foreign (INDIAN?) accent said "thank you for calling Credit One, May i have your Credit One account Number" I responded "I don't have an account and never heard of Credit one" they said "Sorry We must got a wrong number, We will remove your number, thank you and have a nice Day" Hope that stopped the Annoying call..

i get calls at work from this number at least 10x a day..same thing, you pick it up and no is there....i'm sure we don't have an account with these people.

My acct went over by $2, because of finance charges and they have been calling at least 10x per day. Opening an account with this bank was the worst mistake Ive made financially. Will be paying it off and closing it asap.

I have no idea who these people are. I asked them to stop calling and they asked for my social security number. I think they are predators.

For several months we have been receiving calls from 1-866-364-1639. No one in this house has any dealings with Credit One Bank. We have asked them to stop calling our number but they have not. Our number is on the Do Not Call Registry and have been so for some time. We renewed our number on the Do Not Call Registry because we thought perhaps the number had been dropped . These people are utterly annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
