Not sure, I never talk to whoever on the phone. However, based on http://www.spokeo.com/866-379-telemarketers#8663792003 it's an attempt to sell $100 for $1 and asking CC info. I have been getting this annoying calls everyday and very distracting. I took one advice in youtube: press the answer button then flip the phone over.

Caller hung up. When I called back an auto attendant msg referred to agents being busy without mentioning a company name. Someone then picked up and then hung up.

Called me every day at the same time while I was at work. Finally answered, very hard to hear, they had the wrong number apparently...
I called back, woman answered right away saying customer service and then said "Am I speaking to...." then said my name.
Telephone call without leaving a message. I suspect a computerized telemarketing process. Whatever the origin - it is not worth my time to answer the call!
