This is Bill me later calling about PayPal account in my case, they have other numbers that they also call from which are 888-361-0689, 888-393-7165,, 888-393-7167 and of course this one 866-380-6584. If you got a smart phone as I do block these numbers and you wont even know they called

This is a scam! They claim to be PayPal Credit and always try to get info and money!

They did know the last 4 of my SS# and were asking for my zipcode, which I did NOT provide. They said I had an overdue Paypal account in collections. I have never had a Paypal account. They then asked me to fill out a fraud report with them and I refused saying I had no idea who they were.

They call trying to get information from you, make up stories and lie, web is full of complaints on this number, other apps states SPAM CALLER, got then block, other apps help identify calls as this. Pass it on.

THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH PAYPAL!!!! THEY WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, NOTHING MORE!!!! BLOCK THE CALL AND DONT EVEN BOTHER ENGADGING IN CONVERATION WITH THEM!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO BLOCK THIS FREAKIN NUMBER/CO FROM CALLING AND USING PAYPAL NAME!!!!

Word has it, they are rude, they keep calling 3-4 times a day, they ask questions, but give no answers, did not answer, not going to answer, have them blocked.

Did not answer, still keep calling, agree with the others when looked up in the web, ask personal questions, hang up, leave no message, do not answer, so annoying to keep calling, glad my phone goes on vibrate, blocked by my other apps, pass it on.

Bill me later has been harassing me constantly because they say I owe a debt yet I have had NUMEROUS paypal employees and also the department overseeing the fraud that was on my account who said it is at a ZERO balance.. Horrible company!
