I receive calls from what appear to be local numbers to the area where I reside but are not numbers I recognize so I let them go to voicemail. Several times the caller has left a voice message and it is the same person each time, a woman who goes by the name Heather. And much like a previous comment, the message goes something like
"Hey, this is Heather with Relief Services, call me at 866-381-3013, it looks like you owe some back taxes and I'm calling because you are eligible to apply to have them eliminated with the Total Tax Forgiveness program. Your tax balances can be enrolled to be forgiven through this program but we need to enroll you now. So give us a quick call so we can get you setup, it is pretty simple and fast, just a one-time process. I'll keep your account open so you can call back." She then leaves her number again and says if you've already handled this you can call back and select #2 to opt out.
Another caller (Heather from Relief Services) saying I owe back taxes and she can get them forgiven if I act quickly.
