Scam. We don’t have this service. Said they received a hang up call from a family member and wanted a call back to tell them the family member was “out of danger”. Nobody was in danger. Nobody called them.

I received a message tonight from 866-382-7322 indicating that they are 5 Star Response, have received an alert from my system and request an immediate call back. I do not have their service, nor have I given them my phone number. So, I find this call highly suspect and have not responded.

Legit #. This is the Emergency Response Call from the GreatCall 5-Star Service. You’ll get called only if you’re the emergency contact for someone with a GreatCall phone, or the Lively fall-detector neck pendant. I’m adding this # to my Contacts!!
