they just called me and locked my computer dont now how to unlock it

Received the 10th call from this group. Shows up as an unknown number and the caller says they are from microsoft and that her email has been hacked from somewhere in Dehli India. To prove he was from microsoft he gave her email address, phone number and read back a MAC ID for her computer. Totally bogus number that began with 888 and was 32 digits long. He said that Microsoft had notified them to call us because her email on her windows computer was compromised. That is when I asked him who could I call about this at microsoft in Seattle. He gave me the 866-383-1010 number and said to ask for Mr. Jeffry. That is when I asked him why microsoft would be calling us about our computers when not one of them runs windows. We only have Apple products and do not run windows on any of them. That is when the call ended.

James and his crew are all scam artists. They tried to act as Microsoft representatives. Poor lifeless ignorants. They needed to have acquired better customer service skills and I think they missed a few oral language development classes wherever they are from. I hope the law finds you and charges you with the crime you are doing to people who work for their money!
