SRG??? ASSET AND LIABILITY SEARCH.... CALLED FROM 866-383-5418 LEFT ME A V/M TO CONTACT 844-202-7242 THREATENING TO FREEZE ASSETS, BANK ACCOUNTS, ETC. LUCKY FOR ME, I DON'T HAVE ANY ASSETS!!!!!!! A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION, I JUST MOVED AND I'M NOT LISTED!!! THE MORON DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE A REASON FOR THE BOGUS CALL! AT LEAST THE CON-MEN ARE USING AMERICANS NOW INSTEAD OF MIDDLE EASTERN PPL TO STEAL FROM HARD WORKING AMERICANS! LOL!!! GOD BLESS!

they called and stated there is a petition signed and ready to go to my employer and my last know address. this time they identify themselves as calling from SRG, I just pulled my credit reports from all three reporting agencies, there is nothing negative for the past 8 years,,, this company buys old debt and tries to threaten people into paying for things that have long since been resolved...

Got a call from them today saying they have a 1099 tax form with my name and social attached to it. He couldnt tell me my name or social. I asked so how do you know you have the right person? He gets mad and was determined to get my info. i gave him a false name...pissed him off. i hung up! lol

Yes, they called me about a debt they said I owed. I called them back and they wouldn't give me any info on them until I verified who I was. Once verified the rep became rude and nasty saying she will be suing me about the debt and hung up. I called back and wanted more info and she said I was harassing her. I Immediately called the credit card company they claimed I didn't pay back in 2006 which I did and closed the account and they gave me the collection department phone number to see if the company they sold my information to may have fraudulently sold it to another company not knowing the laws that govern statue of limitations. They can't collect on a debt that was paid already.

They called this morning. Did not say who they were looking for, just demanded I send my tax forms. No company name. It was a recording.

Claims that SRI is filing paper against me for failure to clear up the matter at hand. I need to or have my attorney call immediately to clear up this matter. Once papers are filed I will be served at my last recorded place of employment and Residence. In my best intrest to clear this matter up immediately. Then leaves the above phone number.
