Received the same message on my voice mail as a previous commenter mentioned. Something about calling in reference to changes to my federal student loans of which I do not have. Left a reference number and a call-back number that I will not be calling.

Left voice mail to call 866 area code number. Gave me a reference number. I have no student loans. I call the number and tried the various options. All said they will take me off their student loan list. I called from a phone at work which is unrelated to me.
