This caller claims to be CBV Collections and I am not sure what serious debt they feel a 13 yr old owes, but they certainly have the wrong number calling my 13 yr old son's cell !
Though i have been informed numerous times the number belongs to a 13 yr old and that we have absolutely no clue as to who the person is they are looking for !!
They call at least 2x a day and send texts totally ignoring they have been informed numerous times it's a wrong number !
Perhaps they need to be sent a bill charging them for the minutes they have used in their negligence and the number of texts they have cost my son as his cell plan has limitations !!
Laws need to be clearer and have stronger enforcement against these Collection Agencies !!!
Perhaps if more people place complaints and even if possible have a lawyer send cease and desist orders to these Companies !!

This caller has called me 6 times in one afternoon!!!
I have them blocked, and yet they still try to call! I feel harrassed!!!

Trying to collect money! I don't have an account with them!

they called saying they were cbv solutions collectio agency and ask for my dob and said that i owed $480 for a telus acct that was way back in '09 and the info was not true and its seemed like a scam so beware of this company and i'm just wondering how many people fall for this and pay them.im guessing enough do cause they still continue to do this

They ask for personal information.
I have "0" debts and they keep calling. Apparently, they call people debt free to try to collect $$$$

They are rude and unprofessional. They were asking for my date of birth. Lady was dumb and stupid enough to ask for dob. I refused and told her I will call the police to charge CBV with harrassment

They call me and try to collect on a file from 2006 7 years ago!! For something that doesn't even show on my credit record.
Not to mention, its for someting that iv never heard of.
