Pending litigation in my county, if I do not pay such in such amount to appease the litigation, a warrant will be filed against you and you will be arrested at 4 pm at your home or place of employment. News flash I have family in law enforcement and in law in general if a warrant is out for your arrest they aren't going to call you and tell you when they are coming to get you, that would be counter intuitive
