This number belongs to Moe Azari AKA Moe Gahvachi, AKA Moe Gahvachipoor who is such a liar and a big-time loser who just scams people in a very dishonest way to make an extra dollar from his website
aprocessagents.com

866-392-4657 is for incoming calls only, it does not have dialing pad. You all are liars.
I am reporting this business to BBB, FTC and FMCSA and the police department for doing fraudulent activities.
This business has an employee with the name Marie Andrade AKA Sheila Andrade who called our business 3 times in a row more than a week ago in a single day and said she was a government employee working for FMCSA. She asked for our credit card information over the phone and wanted to charge us 3 times more of what they sell on their website. This is a scam and fraud. Don't fall for it.
We searched her number and surely there are so many other complaints from various people with similar experience. She pretends to be a government employee and sells you BOC-3 for 3 times the price of what they sell on their website. The thing is BOC-3 form comes from and it is signed by A+ Agents of Process.
I already made a complaint to BBB and the local police department regarding this issue.
After BBB complaint, the business owner replied and said they don't call anyone and they don't have an employee with that name. They said there are other insurance companies who purchase their service and sell it under a different business name.
Really? Do you really think insurance companies pretend to be a government agent by calling you late at night and then try to sell you BOC-3 (which is the only product a+ agents of process sells)? Since when insurance companies sell other products and services from a third party which is not insurance related?
If you look online and do some research you can see that there are multiple people getting ripped off by this business, having a similar experience. The employees work under a different registered business name doing these fraudulent activities.
No government agency will ever call your business number late at night and threatens to take your trucking authority away unless you provide them an immediate form of payment for the BOC-3 forms.
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
As soon as we applied for our authority with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, A+ Agents of Process called our number and tried to sell us their services over the phone. The owner is a foreigner with a bad accent and he told us that we need to buy the form BOC-3 from him, otherwise our authority will be revoked. He charged our credit card for $100 over the phone and a week later we received an email with the form BOC-3 attached to it from aprocessagents@yahoo.com. Their actual website is aprocessagaents.com and they sell the same service for $30 on their website but they trick you into thinking that if you don’t pay them extra over the phone, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration will take your authority away.
This is a scam. The owner is a foreigner and I think he is middle eastern with a heavy accent. This is not OK to trick people just so you can make an extra buck.
The BOC-3 form that was sent to our email, was signed by Moe Gahvachi. I believe his name is Mohammed. We called them and wanted to see why we paid extra and the guy hung up the phone. we called another time and he didn’t answer. Then we called by my wife’s cell phone and he picked up right away and as soon as he saw that it was us, he hung up the phone again.
This is a very dishonest business. A+ Agents of Process, aprocessagents.com, Moe Gahvachi. 866-392-4657
This is a scammer who pretends to be a government employee to sell BOC-3 on the phone by collecting your credit card information.
A+ Agents of Process - Moe Gahvachi - Scammer - Scam Artist - Fake Advertising
We received a call from this number and it was a guy with a heavy accent. At first I didn't understand what the hell he was talking about but he said that we filed BOC-3 on his website and credit card information was incorrect. First of all, even though we needed BOC-3 for our newly registered trucking company, we never called or even tried purchasing one. And second we never went to his website. He was pretending that we filed on his website and we needed to fix our credit card information so he could sell us indirectly. What kind of looser are you? When I said he is a scammer, he hung up the phone. I called back and he didn't pick up the phone. this number belongs to aprocessagents.com and the owner is a foreigner who thinks this is his third world country and he can scam people like this.
