This lady gets around!

As others have said, this sounds like a scam. I received a voicemail from (650) 487-8458 from someone claiming to be "Marianne Robinson," calling about "unsecured credit debt" (I don't have any), something about "structuring repayments." Requested that I call (866) 395-0544.

REMEMBER: Do NOT give money to anyone threatening you over the phone. It is their job to prove you owe an alleged debt, it is not your job to prove you don't owe it. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, they have to send you a letter through the U.S. Mail detailing the alleged debt, and you have 30 days from the date you received the letter to request more information to prove the debt. Even if they were to sue, you can then file a response requesting more information--remember, the burden is on them to prove you owe the alleged debt. Google searches can point you toward sample response letters and filings.

Received same call about unsecured debt from Mary Ann Robinson. Was definitely pre-recorded. Gave the same reference number as the other comments here. Scam.

Just got the exact same call with the exact same reference number. Not calling back.

Received a recorded call from "Mary Ann Robinson", also about my unsecured debt. No company name, reference # 02024.
The call came up restricted, rolled to voicemail, a phone number came up with the voicemail and this number was on the highly suspicious recording.

Same as above comment. Recording made to sound like a live call.

Did not identify a company. Just said we need to talk about my unsecured debt due to recent changes. Not legitimate.
