Call constantly, all hours day and night - no voice mail messages left - tried a couple times to pick up the call but just dead space, no answer, then disconnected - attempt to call back is an automated message "This is Allied Consultants our hours of operation are ........you may enter your phone number at this time" then the line goes dead/empty - Obviously no one wants to speak with the person they are calling or they would answer when you pick up - spam call.

This number is used as harassment. On the occasions I answer it to be rude to the caller the line hangs up after it connects. That's clearly harassment under Fair Debt and Collections.

What I do is call the number; when I get to a person I hang up. I repeat this for 10, 20 times and pretty soon they start whining when they answer "Sir please stop calling this number." At last, today, I told them if they called one more time I had 30 friends lined up and we were going to a sports bar and drink beer and call continuously and hang up. IO warned them I would shut down their call center for 4 hours. The minimum wage moron tried to scare me with "you know you're threatening us on a recorded call."
