'Juniper bank' scam as reported by others. I do not have an account with them, yet the Televox uses my name. Asks for last 4 of SSN.

Started getting calls on my home phone like clockwork shortly after 8 am every day (including Sunday) where I answer but there is stone-cold silence on the other end. Thought this might be a disgruntled ex or other potential psycho I've crossed paths with over the years (my home phone doesn't have caller ID). Then beginning late last week I got several calls, including two today, from the above number on my office phone (which does have caller ID) and I get the same silence on the other end. So imagine my surprise when I google this number and find out that this is a collection agency for something called Juniper Bank (which I've never heard of and have absolutely no business with); yet they obviously don't have sufficient to handle these computer-generated calls when the receiver picks up!

They call our office multiple times a day for a person that isnt in our office. we continue to tell them that he does not work in the office, but they continue to call over and over.

Juniper Bank starts calling me before the credit card is even due and then keeps call all month long after its been paid. Now these calls start at 8am thur 9pm Monday - Sunday. The Credit card has been pd Stop calling.

They call me average of 11 times in one day and say nothing. They call my work and they even called a relative.

That sounds familiar. I live in Arizona and they have called my daughters in Florida and North Carolina and my brother in New York. They even called my son in
Alaska!

Many, many calls each day. I have blocked this number on my home phone. When I attempted a call back to them I was told that they want my account number or social security number. I just laughed at them. NO WAY JOSE!!

This number called me 6 times yesterday!! They never leave a message althought I have an answering machine. Twice in one hour.

Seriosly, not sure why i get these calls, cause i dont even have a credit card. HUH.. these companies are just crazy. how can i get rid of them??!!

I opened a 0% interest account for 12 months which was an Apple promotion. I set up an automatic bill payment for the minimum payment. Barclays changed the minimum amount and I did not notice. Obviously this violated my agreement and I am automatically on a 30% interest rate. I called Juniper, credit card services for Barclay, to try to understand how a minumum payment can change when it is being paid every month on time. Customer service could not answer the question and offered to reduce my rate to 19%! I am paying off the balance but I believe that I got a shady deal.
I am very surprised that an organization like Apple would do business with this group. My advice......don't do business with Barclays.

This is a big scam and considered harrasing.
Call 10-30 times a weeks, leave no message (or some nonsense messages), but when I pickup, they hang up. I have nothing involve with them. Should people file a complaint to stop them.

if this number is a credit card or bank number, then STOP CALLING ME! im only 12 years old and does not need my phone bill to go up cuz u constantly calling me, I DO NOT HAV A CREDIT CARD!!!

Calls only once or twice during the week, and 10 or more times oin sundays including 5 times so far today on the fourth of july!!!
