I do not owe these people any money yet they call me 10 - 20 times a day. They never leave a message and they hang up on me when I do answer. This is getting to the point of harrasment and needs to stop. I have told them I was going to file a lawsuit if they called back and they still call.

When the pigeons come home to roost, this goose will get his gander cooked - in a microwave!!!

They called me again this morning, before 8:30 am.
I answered and there was no-one there.
I called it back immediately.
The computer recording doesn't say a company name, and asks for your account number or SS#.
I kept hitting 0 until I got a person.
She asked for my phone # which I gave.
They found no record and she asked for my account number or SS#.
I told her I don't know what company she is with so I don't have an account number to give, and I absolutely will not give my SS#.
She told me she is with "Collections at Barclay bank".
I have no accounts with this company nor do I know who they are.
I told her that she needs to take my phone number off her call list immediately and if I receive another call I will be reporting them to authorities. She told me she would remove my number.

this phone number has called here every day starting at 8 am and would end up 20 times in one day.I reported to the do not call registry and they still keep calling asking for someone that does not live at thsi phone .this is harassing and better stop

This call is actually a credit card collection call. They send an e-mail saying payment is due soon, and at the same time, call my business, home, and finally now my cell phone, which fortunately was blocked. They make several calls each day, hardly ever say anything but won't stop calling. I feel if I was late, and they have charged a late fee, and high interest,they shouldn't be calling unless another deadline is missed.

In my case they are calling about a US Airways credit card. Not only relentless with repetitive calls, but when I answer they hang up!
Forget filing complaints with the gvt. Remember, the gvt bailed these idiots out with OUR tax dollars when they couldn't pay their bills. They've repaid us with 30.24% interest/usury rates.
Get a lawyer who specializes in violations of the Fair Credit Act. That's the only thing they understand.

Calls 5-10 times a day, sometimes calls back within minutes. I don't pick up unless I know who is calling, and if you don't leave a message I won't call you back. This is harrassment!
