Same scammers, MPS IPS ISP, they change there names. Just looked up this number too, and it isn't real either. 1-866-410-6651 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID. I just ran across this on another linked phone number to MPS. NOTE: They are not a real company. They try to get anyone weak or easily intimidated to pay up by credit card, transfer.

Let them know your conversation has been recorded and that they have stayed on the phone long enough for a trace and an official from their country is on their way over to arrest them. They will hang up so fast and your number will be taken off their list, NEVER do any of the following
1, DON'T talk to them about any personal information don't agree or disagree with them
2. DON'T verify anything they tell you even if they are giving you some correct information
3. DON'T hang up on them in frustration because they will just call you back because they know you are frustrated
4. DON'T EVER send them money. Never give them a credit card number to pay for whatever you tell them you owe it for
5. DON'T promise to make payments by check and give them your routing number and bank information
6. DON'T ever talk to them except to say Attorney Generals Office, Scam Department (even if you've already answered the phone with hello and they say: example; Is this Mr. Jones, The Jones residence or anything identifying you personally, you say no, this is the Attorney Generals Office and they still want to talk to you tell them this conversation is being recorded, please stay on line until we have enough time to get your location from where you are calling from. Let them know it takes a little more time to track cell phones than landlines so please continue trying to scam me.
7. DON'T argue or agree with them

Received a call on my cell phone today from (866)410-6651. They have called me in the past looking for a Matthew Falwell. Told them I don't know him and to stop calling. The number obviously does not belong to him anymore. Called the two numbers I had for them. The one I just listed and this number: (844)279-7423. That was a while ago and now they've decided to harass me again. I tried calling both numbers they left for me, but this time they refuse to answer. They know Matthew Falwell does not own the number they are calling, but they don't seem to care.

I received calls from this # all the time today I told them I knew this was a scam and I have filed a complaint against them I asked that my # is removed I pray this works.

Call from 866-410-6651 received 3/8/2016. They keep calling family members saying there is outstanding payday loan from 2010 and asking to verify a social security number. I get about 10 to 15 scams calls a day now and have to keep blocking these numbers. These jerks need to get a life and leave people alone. This is a bogus call!

They contacted me, my brother's mother-in-law several times, stating that I had an outstanding same day loan. As I have been out of work since 2010, I could not have applied for this type of loan.

Jerks claim to have some pay day loan from 2010. I have no clue as to what this is and when I told them I wouldn't do anything over the phone without consulting an attorney. Woman with foreign accent said that would resolve nothing and she got rude and said this will go to next level. I said good thing I have a lawyer then and she hung up. They keep changing numbers today was 866-410-6651.

Of course any legitimate Collections company would know it's illegal to threaten such actions.

I have been receiving calls from this caller I am at 6 numbers for them
866-410-0056, 855-283-4372, 866-410-6008, 855-283-8191, 866-409-5447, 866-410-6651. They keep on calling as a recording. Its insane.
