I also got the same call. It's a scam
OMG This happened to me too the women (Betty Thompson) needed to contact me regarding student loan repayment options. Which I had a funny feeling about from the beginning because i'm still a student and shouldn't have to pay back loans until i graduate. I also a few days before had gotten an email from fed loan saying i didn't have to make payments until 2020 so i knew something was fishy. That being said when i called back i got the guy Alex and he was like sure i can look into it for you and he started asking for personal info. I knew immediately not to give him any info and i told him if this was regarding student loans i would like him to send me and email im not giving out personal info over the phone. So he asked for my email and i have never received anything from him. So glad i dodged this scam and i will pass along.

Thank you so much for this I called back and Betty wasn't available so someone else was trying to talk with me very unprofessional. SCAM for sure!
Department of Education, Fed Loan Services, etc would never ask for your routing number and bank account as verified by Department of Education. This company asks for sensitive personal info, do not fall for it.
complete and total scam!!! I fell for it. Betty Thompson leaves a message, leaves some BS reference number, you call back and I reached a thief named Alex. I have never ever been gullible but because he sounded trustworthy, I fell for it. The minute after I gave some personal info, I googled them while I was on the line. SCAM!! I hung up, they call back from a cell number 949-527-6489 and I told them I believe they are a scam. He said no no, etc. They have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission, and because my personal info was given, this will be pursued until they are shut down and no one else can be scammed by these frauds!!

They are deff not shut down because this happened to me on September 27th.
