This is a real number for Bank of Montreal. They were calling to inform me that my credit card info had been stolen and there had been two attempts to use my card in another country. They declined the transactions and verified I'm not responsible.
They sent me another card with a new number.
Again, this is for real.
Caller: BMO Fraud Detection.
was totally legit!! someone tried to use my card and they stopped it!!
