this folks is a collection agency and they dont care how they get information from you as long as they get it. My best advice is to either not answer the call or answer and explain that you have died and this is a memorex moment

I am with some of you. I don't answer phone calls with a number I don't reckonize, especially long distance numbers. I am with verzion and I get this number at least 2 times a day at different times and I don't want to risk the chance of answering it and charging my phone an outragous amount of money, so I don't. I figure it a scam anyway.

I get calls at all hours from this number - and the first was within 10 hours of getting a new landline phone no. Surely they don't have accurate records.

I am with AT&T and have had two missed calls with this number. I do not pick up unknown phone numbers with unknown names. Just curious about who or what this is!

866-420-0769 Called me at 4:30pm 2 calls in a row. I never pick up calls from unknown numbers. It's just one more marketing/spam call

Don't pick up that will stop them from calling

I HAD A MISSED CALL ON MY PHONE, I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK, IT ASKED ME TO ENTER MY ZIP CODE, I DID, A RECORDING STATED THAT MY LAST PAYMENT OF $70.00 WAS MADE IN JAN.OF 1790, NOW I WAS NOT EVEN BORN UNTIL 1974...... FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. IT ALSO STATED THAT A PAYMENT OF $140.00 WAS DUE TODAY.

THIS CALLER CALLED MY PHONE AT 10:10. NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN I SAID HELLO. I HUNG UP. NOT EVEN A MINUTE LATER, MY BOYFRIENDS PHONE STARTED TO RING. IT WAS THE EXACT SAME NUMBER THAT HAD JUST CALLED MY PHONE. MY BOYFRIEND ANSWERED AND WENT THROUGH THE AUDIO BUTTONS TO FIGURE OUT WHO IT WAS. A VOICE RECORDING CLAIMED TO BE ABC MERCHANT OR SOMETHING TO THAT EXTENT. IT SAID THAT HE HAD AN OUTSTANDING PAYMENT FROM 1970. MY BOYFRIEND WASN'T BORN UNTIL 1984. NOW HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. WE HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE T MOBILE SOLD OUR NUMBERS TO ANOTHER COMPANY. WE RECENTLY SIGNED UP ON THE SAME PLAN, AND GET OUR NUMBERS SOLD. AWESOME. GO TMOBILE
