My question to you is:
If all the services are free & you aren't selling anything, who pays the employees' salaries? How do the phone calls get paid for?

I just received a call from this company now identified as CLA. When I answered The call I was imediately greeted by Mr. (my last name) nothing more just as if The Caller automatically knew whom she was on the phone with and the aggressive manner in which she relayed those two words was outside of a normal telemarketing call. I use a all to useful tactic in dealing with this type of disrespectful phone activity I Simply Tell Them They Have The Wrong Number! Plus, advising them these types Of calls are not permitted and Hangup. Well, The lady asked real quick Do you live in The Tacoma or Seattle area? That question sent up red flags..... Perhaps they are some kind Of bill collector. Just dont answer any Of their calls or questions. Out smart their games and say you have The wrong number and hangup.

I am so glad that CLA offers these free services but they probably need some help paying the $16 M default judgment (2007) entered against seller of living trust in Texas (did you see the beautiful CLA Headquarters Offices at their web site). According to the original complaint, the scheme begins with advertisements that persuade senior citizens to attend a free lunch or dinner. At these meetings, the "unlicensed" living trust defendants conduct presentations and distribute materials that misrepresent the impact of probate fees and estate taxes in order to create fear that the senior citizens need to buy a trust to prevent heirs from losing their estate. I don't see how they can afford the fancy office and travel expenses going every place to help us old folks for free.

CLA estate services has called fourteen times since th 6th of June. sometimes they will call four times
in one. day. I finally told the caller to take us off their calling list.

This number has called me four times and i returned the calls to tell them I AINT interested. Finally someone named Theresa said that she will put my number on the "do not call list". I just politely explained to her that if I need their services I will give them a call because I have their number. Let's see if they call again.....I know they will. I'm just saying.

No message, says "unknown"...and I am not answering the Phone unless I know person calling...THERE are too many scammers out there...this is im sure Another SCAMMER! Everyone Be Careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They called and wanted to plan my estate for me. They could not tell me how they got my name, but they sent me a card from 1900 Polaris Pkwy Ste 450 Columbus Ohio offering me a beverage and free meal if I attended a 3 hour Estate Planning Workshop.

Have repeatedly called for wks. My husband & mother has asked them not to call but they get rude & call back anyway. Whatever they are selling we don't want & sure wouldn't consider anything ever, after all the harrassement we have been thru.
