Hi my name is joseph R. bunker. and my father has been gettin a call from this number, the guy who called him on christmas day, was tellin him i have 3 allegations against me and im in serious trouble. what should i do

I have been receiving calls from this number at work from a man name Sean Miller stating that I owe some company $2,784. and I better pay up immediately. When I'm not working he is calling
numerous times a day telling the staff that I better call him back in 15 minutes. He and his partners have stated "I hope you get fired!" I have spoken to the so-called supervisor Raymond and he stated that " we will continue to call your job, and you will be fired". Sean Miller continues to threaten me with sueing my references and telling my supervisors that I am a fraud and I broke my promise. Sean Miller and the rest of the scam artists refuses to tell me what I owe this money for and will not disclose that matter but only that I have to pay this by debit or credit. My supervisors have told this idiot to stop harrassing me and yet they continues to call.

So I have been getting the same calls. About a year ago I got a phone call from someone it scared the crap out of me they harassed me so bad it made me cry I was so scared I had no clue what it was. They called and called for about maybe 2-4 weeks maybe a little longer I just stopped answering and would never give them a call back. They were saying I had legal fraud charges against me. He wouldn’t give me much info. Just wanted money and that was it. VERY RUDE people. They would put me on the phone saying with someone else but it was always the same person they just changed there names. I would try to get info like asking since they have all my info to send me documents of this and he would say they wouldn’t since I already knew what I did. They said I should have them. I let this go.
So 3 days ago I get a call from a number that shows up +0000 so I answer it. The lady was Indian and very hard to understand. She started in with her whole little spill. I asked her if I could get a phone number and call her back. She kept saying is this *****, I need to speak with ***** and I was talking asking for the number again. She laughed and then she kept saying I can’t hear you and started saying the same thing is the ***** and so on. I hung up. This went on about 3 more phone calls she finally gave me her number and said her name was Michelle and this was nothing for them it was for my best to call her back she laughed again. I let her know I would call her back later then I hung up. I never called back I started looking up the number and stuff online. Then I found all this. Then 2 days ago she called again I told her I didn’t have time to talk and she went on again about is this ***** I need ***** I told her if she would hurry up I would listen to her spill. She then informed me that she would have to put “him†on the phone to explain. I didn’t get when she was saying “himâ€. He finally got on the phone went on about his spill saying I owed money to a company with UCS-United Cash Services and they have 250 locations that I did a loan threw one of them. I asked him to tell me the name of the place I took it out. He started to yell and say I cant tell you anything else you need your lawyer to contact me it is with UCS UNITED CASH SERVICES. I said I get that tell me the place I took it out with. It was very loud in the back you could hear a lot of people talking. He yelled again and said he wasn’t going to name the 250 locations. I told him I didn’t ask that I asked for the one place. He would never let me talk. I finally yelled in the phone will you SHUT THE F UP and LET ME TALK he then said he was done talking to me and I would have to speak with his manager. I said good I am done talking to you so I hung up. for the passed 2 days they haven’t called back. This is all a scam they are trying to scare you into believing you owe money even if you do its not threw them. I also looked up the United Cash Services and it just brought up more complaints. Don’t believe them just get rude back then they will maybe stop calling you. Hopefully this time they stop for good!

Listen these people are scam artist, they know that if they constant harass you with calls every day than maybe you will finally give in. But don't, once they have your information they will always take and take money out your acct, don't give them anymore information than they may already have. Mostly they get your information from something you may or maynot have done online, if you did take out a payday loan and the paydayloan report int to teletrack that is how most of these scammer get your informatinon. They may only have the last four digits of your ss, and some information about you. If you find that they may have more don't agreed to if they is true information or not. Just don't give anything. Report them to your FTC, BBB, Attorney Generals office, and anybody else including your local police. If they threatening you do it back to them, cuss them out blow a horn in their ear, There is a link out there in teh post on November 5, 2010 by Anonymous it may go into more details about this number and others because they will keep calling and changing their names and number. I recieved a call from 866-425-3969 as well claiming that I was going top be sued for the amount of $308 and they reguested my debit card information to handle outside of court. The scary part is they had my social security number as well as my bank name. I did not give them my debit card info and went to my bank right away. I also suggest to put a fraud alert in with the credit bureus. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION AND DO NOT CONFIRM ANY INFORMATION THEY GIVE YOU EVEN IF IT IS CORRECT!!!! check your bank account activity daily and be very causious. These people could care less what your situation is. If any money or activity is done on your credit or bank file a police report immediatly.
