Get a whistle and when you answer it blow the whistle into the phone. If it is a live person on the other end I'll bet they won't call back.

I get several calls a day. They don't leave a message and if you pick up, no one is there

This phone number 8664289877 is from a collection agency called Allied Interstate. I get several calls per day from them. They are looking for someone that doesnt even live here, but they continue to call even after I told them to put me on their do not call list. I finally went to the FCC site and filed a complaint. We'll seee what that does.
