They have been calling my parents, never call me and when I do call them back they say that they will take other action. They are looking for a pay day loan, never had one and don't have one. They think I am stupid and when I say that they are scammers they hang up on me, they said well we will take other action, well go ahead nothing to hide when all they are doing is trying to get my money and I am not giving them any,. . They said well who is this an they know who it is and have all my info so they say. I am tired of them calling me several times aday.

These folks left me a message stating there is litigation against me and left me a claim number. I will not be calling back. Obvious scam.

Just block the call. I have also received many from them. When blocked, it rings on my end about 3 times and disconnects. I'm sure they hate that.

Been getting calls about every other day-- I never answer, it always goes to voice mail and it's always the same message: "This message is for XXX, if you are not XXX, etc, etc".

It's the same message I've gotten from 866-686-5529 and 866-689-4426. I block them immediately now.

Just got a call from them myself. Told them where I was, Ft. Knox, KY, and told them to come on out. Gave them my billets info as well. I told the lady she had a nice voice and she hung up on me.

I get 1 or 2 calls per day from these scammers. They robot-call my cell & leave a msg., which I don't ans., due to limited minutes. I get the msg. After the unlimited nights kicks in. As mentioned above, they asked for a name that doesn't live here & try to scare you with a "case #". I call them back yesterday & left a message that they had a wrong # & to stop their illegal harassing calls or else. That didn't work. The creeps just called me again today.

They have been calling me recently, leaving an automated message that they were looking for (name of person, not me) and for me to disregard the message if I was not that person. The message continue along the lines of that person owes $$. I called back the # to say I'm not who they are looking for and to remove me from their list; the person who answered did not mention the name of their company, was barely audible, and while did speak English with an accent, came across as quite rude and uneducated.

They called me and told me I received a payday loan and that I breeched a contract. They said I had two options One was to have them take legal actions against me in the amount of 2,645, or I could pay them 645. today. I never received a payday loan in my life. So I asked them to track how the money was collected, they stated that they did not have the ability to do that. They did not know how I collected the money (that I really never collected) they just knew I defaulted on paying them back. and now they want to take me to court. So I again made them aware that I did not receive the funds, and they said well someone collected it on my behalf and I am now going to be faced with a law suit. When I explained again that I did not receive the money they stated well it appears as if you do not want to fix this matter and time is of the essence we will be sending you court papers and hung up on me.
Last year around this time I received a call regarding the same type of issue and they stated that they were sending a police officer as we spoke to my job to have me arrested, needless to say that was not the case.

I just had a missed call from this number so I called back. They gave me the exact story of a loan I took out in December 2013. I said that never happened and she proceeded to tell me that "if it never happened we wouldn't be pursuing legal actions ". I told her to do what you have to do and she hung up on me. Scammers. I have never taken out a loan

I get 2 to 3 calls a day - - they never leave a message. I'm sick of the calls
