Returning the call takes you to a call centre in Newmarket self-identified as "Bill Gosling Outsourcing" working on behalf of their client American Express. The message asks you to push button 3 which purports to allow you to place yourself on the Do Not Call list, but the facility is inoperative (two attempts.)

I blocked this number but they keep calling every hour & then call from another number right after.It goes non stop all day & night to the point I unplug my phone.

They phone every morning between 9 and 10. By the time I get to the phone they have hung up and moved on. They don't leave a message. Totally annoying.
