PLEASE, PLEASE.. UNDERSTAND THE SCAM HERE.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO ,IN ORDER FOR THEM TO
GET A JUDGEMENT AGAINST YOU, IS ANSWER A CALL FROM THEM. THEY NOW HAVE A
RECORD THEY CAN SHOW A JUDGE, PROOF THAT THEY HAVE SPOKEN WITH YOU AND
REACHED AN AGREEMENT TO PAY, (WHICH OF COURSE YOU DID NOT).. TRY TO GET
IT REVERSED????... THEY HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION "THEY NEEDED"
DO NOT... DO NOT ..DO NOT.. SPEAK WITH ANY OF THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS.. THEY
WILL CHASE YOU FOR 3-6 MORE YEARS UNTIL THE STATUTE RUNS OUT AGAIN..
IF YOU'RE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO THINK THAT'S THE END OF IT. YOU DESERVE
WHAT YOU GET... GET CALL BLOCKING AND NEVER HAVE TO ANSWER TO ONE OF THESE
BOTTOM FEEDERS AGAIN.. TINY PRICE TO PAY FOR PEACE OF MIND.....

They never speak, but call my husband at 5 am. Just don't answer them anymore. Don't even know why they are calling, probably trying to get money out of someone. I don't have any so they can't get anything.

Then why not ANSWER the phone and TELL them. If they have the wrong number I imagine they will stop calling Duh. I know that's a complicated concept.

Call every 15mins no messages when answer they dont talk ... If its for money they can stand in line just like everyone else ... No job and who knows when i will get one

This company called me starting on August 2012. Leaves no message and calls twice a day. Called me twice on Labor Day! I do not answer calls I do not recognize. Here are the other three numbers that keep on calling 603-834-6333, 813-899-1569, 949-613-5616, 714-230-0039. The last two numbers are telemarketing numbers and have a lot of complaints.

They called today, August 3rd, which is Labor Day. They've called many times in the past, but never said anything when I answered. The person did speak this time and he asked to speak to me, but he called me by my married name, which I haven't had since 1998. He had such a strong accent that I couldn't make out anything except LLC. I asked who it was and he said they were ???? ????? LLC. Then I said I couldn't understand him. He said he would call back at another time.

Caller: don't know, couldn't understand due to the accent.

I think this agency tries to collect debt that is no longer reported on your credit report. They scare you because it may be a legitimate debt. But after 7 years when it drops from your report it can no longer hurt or benefit you to not pay it. But I think the payments or "settlements" go directly to the agency and not to the original debt. That is what happened to me today when I called. They reported on a Marshall Fields account I once had. That stopped being reported about 2 years ago. I asked for something in writing with the debt amount. He urged me to take a settlement instead. I said no, then he hung up.

they call me every day and leave no message sometimes 2-3 times a day. I am putting them into voice mail but nothing is left.

I blocked them with call control.they can call all they want but they are blocked.my phone answers and hangs up automatically.

call early morning
does not leave no messages "against Company policy"
refused to sent out a vaildation of debt again "against company policy"
decsesit and cease all communications includes the third party
allied interstate does NOT have my permission to look into my credit report.
will report this to FTC, Attorney Gen in State of MN and Department of Commerce.
my rights will be protected
