they are companies that are not in the USA so they use telemarketing I believed they are in Sweden and yes they are to collect money probably from a fast cash system but their rules don't apply in the USA.

Caller asked for M Patton which could be my ex or my son. When I asked which one she got irate with me and was very offensive. I asked them not to call my number again and they continue to call. What can I do??? They never identified the company but they called from 1-866-209-7351, but have left the contact number of 1-866-437-6380 as a callback number.
