They frequently call asking for a person that has never lived here or had this number.
Wife is disabled and can't answer... very upsetting to her.
Automated voice says they looking for me or my spouse. It's a collection co. Called Chapman financial. I owe 7 bucks for a lab that the hosp gave me charity on
