Does any one know where I can report these people? They called my place of employment several times today - harassing our receptionist and demanding to talk to my supervisor, which the receptionist was smart enough not to let them. I know it is a scam but don't need my employer involved.

Just received a call with this number as the callback number. I didn't bother to call back since the message was complete GARBAGE. The message was from "Sam" in the Legal Department but no indication what company or any other identifying information. I have received calls like this before and know it is a scam but very annoyed and want to get them to STOP CALLING. The only reason they keep doing it is because there are misinformed people out there who believe the threats and pay. If I call back I will say I am the attorney representing me and demand more information. Bastards

I recieved a call from this number at my work place. He stated that his name was Robert Davis (he also had a Indian accent) and he was with a law firm and he was calling on behalf of a payday company. He stated stated I was in violation of a few differnt laws and I was being taken to court unless I payed $200. When I told him i never accepted any loans for that amount and I dont know what he is talking about, he then tried to threaten me about the laws again. I then questioned him about more details he just hung up the phone.???

I received a call from this number today. The guy said he was from the legal dept. of a payday loan company and he said I owed them $700.00 for a loan . I asked him when was the loan made and what was the name of his company and he refused to give me the info. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to take me to court. I demanded to know when the loan was made and the name of the company . He then proceeded to tell me the debt was to cashnetusa and that it was made October 10th 2009. I then called cashnetusa and asked the if I had any outstanding bills. Cashnetusa verified that I didn't have any debts with them and that my accounts are in good standing and that i should report these people as fraud. I then call the one eight hundred number back and told them i didn't have any outstanding balance with cash net then the guy changed it and said I told you the debt was with usa advance. I told him I check my bank statements and I never had any dealings with any company with that name . Then he proceeded to tell me he would sue me if I didn't pay him $700.00 today.

This number called my place of employment and was trying to tell me that I or someone in my family has a Walmart card with an out standing balance. I don't have any Walmart card. It's a scam to get money. And this is happening alot. IT needs to stop.

I received a phone call from this number saying he was from the legal department, but didn't give his name or the name of the company he represents. He has a very strong accent and I recognize the voice as the same person who called me last week threatening legal action as well as arrest at my work place if I didn't take care of financial matters quickly. He also said that there are allegations against my social security number. From the last conversation I had with this person, he would not give me a company name, or tell me what companies he was representing. He used a threatening and beligerent voice to try to scare. He got no information from me, and the phone number he called from today is not the same as the one he used last week. I let him know last week that I had checked with all companies I've done business with and he had not been authorized to take any action against me or make any contact with me. He called today from a different number with the same threatening voice mail.

Received a call from these people claiming that there is litigation against me. I called them back and the guy on the other end of the line said a cash company was suing me for around 3000 dollars. When I asked the details and said I knew nothing about it, informed me that they had sent several emails. When I told him that I was checking my email as we spoke he hung up.

I get calls from a Steven Mcguire from this same number, obviously its a scam. Anyone else get this guy

Received numerous calls from this number leaving me voicemails at my place of business. I can't understand the msg's except for the phone number & something about an attorney & good luck? sounded like he was reading from a script (he repeats the same thing on every voicemail he leaves)
I called back & was told 4 different business names:UNITED CASH,ATTORNEY'S,MORRIS LAW, & HEY BABY (yes, that is how they answered the phone) I asked to be taken off their call list & was hung up on each time I called back and asked who the company was & what they were calling for. Very unprofessional people & a scam whatever company this is or who they claim to be. I was laughed at, called baby a few times. I've never dealt with any of these companies so I have no idea why they would be calling me or have my name. I did not give them any info since they couldn't even say who they were.

Got a call from someone saying he is Officer Joseph Garner from the Legal Dept. He says I have 3 allegations against me and my social security no, last 4 digits. Then he proceeds to say the last 4 nos. He says before my wages are garnisheed, I must call him back to that number, he says it is his hotline. I have no idea who this is, as they have called before, but never in quite as much detail. This is harassment and I do not understand what is going on.

I received a phone call from this number saying that they are from the legal Dept. I know this company is a fraud, but I don't know how to get them to stop calling me. They give a phone number to call back but nobody ever answers.
