I don't even have a 5/3 Bank account. Ridiculous the many times they call and leave no message. Very frustrating

They keep calling, many times a day. No message. I called them back and got a 5th 3rd message. Option # 6 got me a live person with a heavy accent who immediately asked for my account number for assistance. I told them the call was a scam and to quit calling. His response: give me your account number and we can assist you.

they called today claiming to be 5th3rd bank and asked for my dob,ss#...ect. i asked them why they were calling me. they advised they could not answer those questions unless i provided them with the information they requested. i again asked why they were calling me and they again asked for my information. told the man to go f**k himself and hung up.

I have received constant calls from this number. They do not leave a message, but have been reported as being associated with 5th 3rd bank, where I do have an account. I have contacted my branch. This is not a legitimate number for them. There are no issues with my account. My branch is reporting this number to their corporate office as a scam.

This number calls me at least 5 times a day! Even on Sunday's! I have never answered the call, only rejected it. I have instructed all of my family to not answer this phone call. Whoever calls does not leave a message.

5/3 bank is a p.i.t.a., won't stop calling me even though Ive come to terms with them. Wouldnt recommend this scamming, stealing bank to no one!

Courtesy call from 5/3 bank regarding my account. We do not have an account with them. I picked up on two different occasions and they were looking for a person that we do not know. I told them that they have a wrong number and to please stop calling us and to be removed from their list. They keep calling from about 8am as late as 9:30 pm for 4-5 times a day. I work 24 hour shifts and these calls are harassing and disruptive.

Called 500 times (exaggeration) to let me know I had an account issue. They couldn't leave a message the first time? Sadly for them it was an error on their part. Just leave a message!

I was getting a ton of calls from this place about an account I had. I did not give my info but the employee after being frustrated decided to give me his. I called fifth third bank and they gave my the main contact line for their collections. (800-457-0839) I called the collections and asked to them to report my account call history and why a different number was calling me that I did not recognize. The gentleman was able to verify the information to me and explained that the 866 number is an auto dialer number that gets attached to accounts that go to 5/3's internal collections.

calls received Sunday morning at 8:27am and 8:43am - isn't there a law about calling at certain times on a week-ends? When I asked who was calling me - they did not respond and there was dead air
