Got a call from this number. They said they were TD Insurance. Asked my name and then hung up immediately after I said it.

Received several calls (cell and landline) from this number over aproximately 24 hrs. When I finally talked to somebody, they refused to tell me the reason for the calls until I answered "security questions" including my bank. I should add that TD Insurance is actually a company and one that I have dealt with. But they aren't from the States.
