I also got a call from Carol, as described above, as well as a message from Sharon Duncan, from 866-461-2772. She gave me a reference number of 404009. I did call back and the line was busy. Now I know not to take this seriously.

got the same call and called back just to see what this was. said they were looking to consolidate my loans. assured me they weren't a scam. I was also called by "Carol" and given the 505001 reference number. SCAM

I got the same exact message. I also saved a message a while back with a different name and different phone #. But it's the same lady.
