The people you are talking to are working for a telecommunications company hired by another company (probably your credit card provider) to make these calls. Even their supervisors have NO CONTROL over who gets called, and probably can't even look at who is on these lists. They usually get a new list every 30 days, so although they can't remove you from it, the calls should stop after that, unless you are placed on the next one by the company who hired them. The best way to deal with this is to simply hang up or ignore them, and contact your bank, credit card company etc and ask THEM not to put you on these lists. Don't be shitty to the person calling you. They have one of the worst jobs in the world.

Have this number blocked and it does NOT "break through" the block. I answered once and when the person on the other end refused to identify themselves or what exact company they were calling from I hung up.

I am receiving approximately 2 calls daily from this company, which I have never dealt with. It's definitely SPAM in my view.

They call themselves Bank Card Services. They keep asking to talk to my husband. When I say, "This is Mrs. ___, you can talk to me", they say no, they need to speak to him about a private business matter. When I said he is unavailable, they ask when he will be. I said,. "If this is about something that is past due [nothing is], you need to talk to me because I handle all - and I do mean all - of the finances & my name is on everything that his name is on". They insist they need to talk to him only, that it is a "private business matter". I replied, "Anything *private* includes me in the privacy part - we are one & there is nothing private between us, particularly financially." They then ask for him again. I snapped & said, "Look - he works in a hospital & they are in inventory right now, he will be completely unavailable for the next 2 weeks". They ask when he will be home. I told him he wouldn't be for 2 weeks. He then said, "If we can't talk to him, would you like us to remove this number from our calling services?" I said yes & hung up. They have called off & on, repeatedly, not leaving a message. The person refused to give me his name, he just kept repeating "This is Bank Card Services".

I would like for this number to stop calling me

Dont bother trying to block this number from your cell phone. It is an automatic dailer and can break thru the block. They continue to call until you can get thru to a supervisor. They are jerks and say they will remove your number from their data bank..I just talked to a supervisor and he assured me that my phone number would be removed from the auto dialer. It better or the next step for me is to place harassment charges on these people.
