If ACA takes you to court and claims they called and discussed your debt with you X number of times, bring printouts of the dozen websites where people state they call and never talk to you. Then tell the court that you had no idea you were being called by a creditor because they never spoke with you. The judge dismissed my case and told ACA to never approach me about it again!

Scam artists, requesting crucial information you should never give out. If a genuine collection agency they would know whom they are calling...

Supposedly Action Debt Collection out of Boston. She asked for my DOB and Social which I refused to give her. She stated I owed for a hospital bill from 2016. I don't recall having any hospital visit in the last several years so I asked for a copy of the bill to be sent to me. She then stated that they had already sent me a letter requesting payment in 2015... Ummm, so apparently they are clairvoyant and being proactive. hahaha

Called 11 times. 4 of them before 7:00 am. 3 after 11:00 pm/

I have received 3 calls from this number in 2 days, one being on a Sunday after 9:30 pm, when I answer its a recording telling me to hold. I held until it disconnected. I have no idea who this company is and when calling them back, no one ever answers either.
I can't stand someone to CALL ME and put me on hold and tell me to wait, THEY called me, they should be ready to speak when calling.

Same experience as many others - called, I heard "Hello" then ringing that continued until the phone hit it's message time limit and hung up on him. I too have had stolen identity issues in recent past, so this could have been a result of that.

They called me and I said hello and I got a computerized hello. The phone rang and rang. I have no idea who it is.

They have been calling day and night after 5pm, on Sundays and it is getting extremely aggravating.

This agency has been calling me for months. I tried to work with them at first to figure out which bill I hadn't paid. I called the hospital and my insurance company just to make sure that I had a zero balance, and I did! The hospital said I owe nothing. They even told me the specific bill they were calling about had been paid. The ACA Collector suggested that there might be another unpaid bill for the same amount (to the cent) due. Again, I called the hospital and they transferred me around to different billing offices, even to the billing office of the doctor who worked on my son in the emergency room to set his broken arm. I owed nothing. I feel stupid now because I was nice to ACA and I thought I really owed some money. I think they are scammers. Never pay them anything!

They keep calling me. I did call back and they claimed I owe a medical bill but won't give me any information regarding from when or to whom then asked for the last four digits of my SSN #. Gave me a wicked attitude when I told them they weren't getting it, If they want me to pay a bill send it to me. Looked up an old address of mine too. Be careful.

Called and when I answered a recording came on to call back. Called back, they asked for my name told them no thank you and then blocked them. Guessing it's a scam
