The man that called from this number said he was from Quicken Loans and needed to verify insurance. Thought it all seemed a little off, based on the "mutual client' he asked about.

Received a phone call about a client needing policy info however we do not give out personal information about our clients. Company policy is we take via fax or email, however she did not like that answer at all. Kept asking for verbal conformation and I explained in rather clear instructions that it is done via fax or email. She had at the beginning of the call stated that they had received an email, then when I said to send an email she stated that they couldn't send an email. They will not be calling back

You need to tell these people to never call you again and hang up on them. I have been doing this for years and now I get perfect English when mortgage companies call me.

You do not have to put up with this. Stop being sheeple and stand up for yourself.

Received call from representative asking for information on a insured and had to have her repeat things multiple times as she spoke in broken English very fast and then was irritated with me because I couldn't understand her.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM 1-866-480-1628 AND ASKED FOR INFORMATION ABOUT A MUTUAL CUSTOMER. TALKED SO FAST AND I DIDN'T GET ANY OF THE INFORMATION. I TRIED TO CALL BACK, BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME CALL BACK.

I have been receiving calls from 866-480-1628 several times. When you answer the phone, it doesn't connect right away so we've let it go to voice mail. A Bangladeshian Meth Addict left a message which required many replays to understand that they were calling to verify Homeowners Insurance for one of customers. Until these lenders learn to hire people who can speak at a normal pace - regardless of accent - they can **** me.

Received a call phone this number asking about renewal on a homeowners policy. They first gave me a policy number then when I couldn't find that in my system, gave me the supposed customers name. Still couldn't find them so he wanted me to see if I could find them with their address. I was unable to find them so he said he would gather some more information and call back. I doubt they call again about the same person.

Left a message in Broken English and spoke real fast where I could not understand. All I got was they wanted to confirm Mortgage info for one of our mutual clients with homeowners insurance. No idea which one. I guess they will call back!

I received a call from a man asking me questions about the business address, email,owners name, number of employees, it felt weird i try calling this number back and it doesn't ring
