Getting calls non-stop regarding a loan I took out in 2008, which doesn't even exist, I've never taken out a loan. They threatened me and said something would happen to my SSN? if I didn't pay, that I'd go to jail, that this would go to court, that I'd get served papers at work. Every time I'd call them they'd hang up on me, couldn't give me any info on the loan. the "manager" who's name is apparently Kevin, along with every other male there basically laughed at me and hung up. All of them women's names there are Bernice.... nobody gives any legit information nor will they send anything about it (because the "loan" never existed) and all they do is hang up when you ask too many questions. complete Scam and I can not believe nobody can do anything about it. It's really embarrassing since I'm getting these calls constantly on my home phone, at work, my siblings and parents are also getting these same calls regarding me owing a loan that I've never even taken out. SCAM!!! do not give them any information!!!

two males called one said payday loan the second one said credit card the payday loan was 500.00 the card was 1500.00 and when i said this call is being recorded along with a state trooper here they hung up fast

Yes yes I received a phone call as well, but they also called my mother and told her that there is a warrant out for my arrest which is completely legal and I told her that I would have for her to my lawyer and she hung up.

They called me too but I did the same thing right back to them and told them I was an attorney and needed something in writing as well ... But I made them so uncomfortable they hung up hahahahaha ha

Someone called me from this number saying I owe a pay day loan from 2009. They said it was from a company name EPP processing. I never heard of this company. I asked can they send me something in writing still waiting.. This is a scam!!!!

Yes, I received a call from someone name kevin. Stated I took out a payday loan. I've never took out a pay day loan. Called around 12:30 ish

866-487-6615, called a few times when I talked to them they had different numbers to call them back, the name the guy gave me was fake, asked where he was calling from, that also was fake. Attorney said they MUST provide proof before calling you. Get them to fax it to you if they can't. Hang up, anyone can get your information through various credit report companies. These people tend to call during holidays and tax returns. Plus contact the company they say the loans come from, they will tell you if they have anyone who represent them. You could pay and the loan company never gets a cent ( if you have a valid loan ).

Called claiming I had a $500 loan but didnt have any information besides what every one else already would have from doing a credit check, you could hear them over and over in the background giving the same spiel to everyone else, was transfer a few times.

I received a call like this today as well indicating that I owed $400 on a loan from 2008. I never took out a loan in 2008 and have never heard of this company. I indicated that I wanted something sent to me in writing and hung up.

This person keeps telling me I did a loan back in 2010 . Smh my loan is paid for already. I report them to the police already they told me I understand but they didn't understand this your credit report will show you have will show what you have out there . Loans , credit , etc . They hang up
