These are extremely impolite people. A “gentlemen” (in fact jerk) is asking about student loans and when you say you do not have, he hangs up. Probably just a guy from Calcutta India who defecates in open and even in public. Savages that is the right word to describe people who call from this phone number 866-491-8545. In short, this is by any means a scam from filthy people. Do not share your milk with rats!
