they keep calling and i do not have Centura.. can you say they need to have a class action against them..

My son was taken to the e.r. and the bill was about 500. I tried to make arrangements with the hospital to pay this off, but they wouldn't agree to the $50 a month I said I could only afford at the time. I still send in my payment every month and every time the check clears my bank, low and behold I am getting yet another call from them. I could have paid this bill off probably more than once, but since they are acting so money hungry, I faithfully send in my $50 payment and ignore their call!!

I have been getting single ring calls from this number, the number is blocked but one ring still gets through.
8 single ring calls between 10 and 11 am today 9/13/2012
They are a collecting agency for medical billing in Colorado.
They owe ME $100, but they are harassing me with single ring phone calls

Harassing computer generated (autocall) with message to hold for important business call. Never states who they are. then the autodialer tells me there is no one available to take my call. then why call me. i read on another site that this is Centura Health. I had a visit in Sept and they only billed me about 1 week ago. Please ... their tardiness is not my issue. I plan on paying them with my next paycheck. But seriously. you only give me 1 week to pay! I tried to give my copay at the visit and was told NO by the intake nurse in ER. Seriously!

Thanks for this. I also received this mysterious message. They only billed me 18 months after treatment. I thought insurance had taken care of it. I told them they will have to wait till I can work it into my budget. They weren't too happy about it, but some kind of heads up to explain the billing delay would have been nice.
