Received a call from 866-499-8810 on 04/14/2015 at 2:36 PM, CNAM read as "Toll Free Calle." Call was blocked by our AT&T U-Verse service since this caller has contacted us previously on 10/08/2014. According to complaints filed with the BBB of Chicago and Northern Illinois, this is a legitimate organization, albeit one with questionable business practices.
