Received a phone call from "Account Services" at 1-877-304-6426. They stated they were with Bank of America and there was an issue with an account in my name and asked to verify my identity by requesting my birthday, SSN, and home address. I told them I didn't have any accounts with Bank of America and I didn't know who they were and wasn't going to give them my personal information. They said I could call 866-500-5594 which was Bank of America to verify. I Googled Bank of America but couldn't see the above number in their list of numbers. I called Bank of America security services using a number listed on the BofA website and confirmed that there were no accounts with my name that had any issue. This is a SCAM.

Received a call from the same lady & sounds like its a scam cuz BOA didn't know anything about the account. SCAM 100%

They are most definitely a SCAM.

Called this afternoon asking for SS#. Claimed to be from Sunrise Credit Service. I questioned if this was a legitimate call. She offered a phone number 866-500-5594 saying it was Bank of America. I called this # and was again asked for my SS #. It sounded like the same woman who just called me so I hung up. I googled BoA and found customer support phone number. They confirmed that there are no active accounts in my name. I believe 866-500-5594 is a SCAM.
