This is the 3rd time they have attempted to collect from me in the last two years on a payday loan that I never had from 2009 and 2007. Don't let them use their scare tactics on you!
Got a call from this same number today. Had my previous married name and old address claiming that I owed $400 for a "payday loan" from Jan 2013. I was remarried in 2013 and hadn't lived at the address they provided since 2009. I asked him to send me all the paperwork regarding issue and he stated that I had one chance to pay it or they original debtors were going to take me to court. I said, then tell them to do what they have to because I will not pay you for a loan that I didn't receive. He said well good luck to you and hung up! Don't fall for these calls, ever. Always ask for documentation. A legitimate business will be more than glad to provide any info requested.
Fake Loan claim. Delinquent payment. They need $500 to stop it from going to court. BS!!!!
