I have been researching who is calling 866-503-8805 and finally called about my account. They are calling from the HI Value division of CITI to help resolve any issues with credit card accounts. They were able to verify real time charges on my card. It is not a scam as someone else said for whatever reason. I was able to get my account issue fixed with fraud and charges removed from my bill. Seems to be in US. If you still don't want to return the call, just call the number on the back of your CITI card.. got to the same place.

They pretend to be from CITI card and try to steal your personal information. They told me it was a courtesy call and that I hadn't paid my statement. They tried to get me to enroll in autopay (I think to steal my banking information). I checked on-line and called CITI. My payment had been received, and no calls had been made to me that day. If you call the number back, they pretend to be CITI. Good pretenders, but do not verify in the correct way...they only knew a few charges on a statement from the previous month...nothing about the most recent charges. Definitely fradulent.
